The invention relates to a new laccase from rumen, namely the RL5 laccase. In particular, the invention relates to a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence shown in Figure 11 and comprising at least the amino acids No. 80 to No. 150 of the amino acid sequence shown in Figure 11, respectively. The invention also relates to the use of polypeptides further comprising the amino acid sequence of a DUF152 domain with a core sequence as shown in Figure 18 as laccases. Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for producing inventive polypeptides and their use.
L'invention concerne une nouvelle laccase ruminale, à savoir la laccase RL5. En particulier, l'invention concerne un polypeptide comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés illustrée sur la figure 11 et comprenant au moins les acides aminés n° 80 à 150 de la séquence d'acides aminés illustrée sur la figure 11, respectivement. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de polypeptides comprenant en plus la séquence d'acides aminés d'un domaine de DUF152 ayant la séquence cAEur illustrée sur la figure 18 en tant que laccases. En outre, l'invention concerne des procédés de préparation des polypeptides de l'invention ainsi que leur utilisation.
