A polypropylene based composition which comprises a mixture of (A) a polypropylene polymer or copolymer and (B) and alkylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer. These polypropylene based compositions are useful in the preparation of continuous films such as by extrusion, and the films can be oriented by stretching in the machine direction. The films are useful as a facestock in preparing labels.
L'invention concerne une composition à base de polypropylène comprenant un mélange (A) d'un polymère ou copolymère de polypropylène et (B) d'un copolymère d'acrylate alkylène-alkyle. Ces compositions à base de polypropylène sont utiles dans la préparation de films continus, notamment par extrusion, ces films pouvant être orientés par étirement dans le sens machine. Lesdits films peuvent être utilisés comme films pour étiquettes dans la préparation d'étiquettes.
