A siloxane composition is described comprising a polydiorganosiloxane having at least two unsaturated hydrocarbon groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrosiloxane network crosslinker that has at least three Si-H bonds per molecule, a silane or siloxane crosslinker that has at one -SiH3 group, a hydrosilation catalyst, and, optionally, a siloxane rheological control agent. The composition allows gels to be prepared that exhibit good adhesion to various substrates, and can also be used to temporarily inhibit catalyst activity. Prostheses and coatings can be produced with these compositions.

L'invention concerne une composition de siloxane comprenant un polydiorganosiloxane possédant au moins deux groupes d'hydrocarbure insaturé par molécule, un agent de réticulation de polyorganohydrosiloxane qui possède au moins trois liaisons Si-H par molécule, un agent de réticulation de silane ou de siloxane qui possède au moins un groupe -SiH3, un catalyseur d'hydrosilation et, éventuellement, un agent de régulation rhéologique du siloxane. La composition permet de préparer des gels qui présentent une bonne adhésion à divers substrats et qui peuvent être également utilisés pour inhiber provisoirement l'activité du catalyseur. Des prothèses et des revêtements peuvent être produits à l'aide de ces compositions.
