The present invention describes a polysiloxane-polyol macromer which is uninterrupted or interrupted by a bivalent structural element and furthermore carries at least one polymerizable segment on a polyol segment; a polymer comprising a polymerization product of at least one macromer according to the invention and, if appropriate, of at least one vinylic comonomer; intermediates; processes for the preparation of a macromer and a polymerization product; moldings, contact lenses, corneal implants or biomedical articles of a polymerization product; and furthermore the use of a macromer according to the invention or of a polymer prepared therefrom for coating a substrate.
La présente invention concerne un macromère de polysiloxane-polyol, lequel n'est pas interrompu ou l'est par un élément structural bivalent et porte en outre au moins un segment polymérisable sur un segment polyol. L'invention concerne également un polymère comprenant un produit de polymérisation d'au moins un macromère obtenu selon la présente invention, et, si nécessaire, celui d'au moins un comonomère vinylique, des intermédiaires de ces constituants, ainsi que des procédés de préparation d'un macromère et d'un produit de polymérisation. On décrit encore l'utilisation de ce produit de polymérisation dans des objets moulés, des lentilles de contact, des implants cornéens, ou des articles biomédicaux. On décrit enfin l'utilisation d'un macromère selon la présente invention, ou celle d'un polymère préparé à partir de ce macromère, aux fins de revêtement d'un substrat.
