A coating composition is disclosed comprising: (a) an aqueous medium, (b) a water-dispersible polyurethane resin that is the reaction product of a mixture comprising: (1) a long-chain aliphatic polyol having greater than 18 to 60 carbon atoms, (2) a multifunctional compound having at least one active hydrogen group and at least one raster-stabilizing group, (3) an active hydrogen-containing capping and/or chain extending agent, and (4) a polyisocyanate, and (c) an aminoplast crosslinking agent.
