This invention relates to polyurethane elastomers and to a process for their production. These elastomers comprise the reaction product of a polyisocyanate component comprising an allophanate modified (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate which has an NCO group content of about 15 to about 35% or a prepolymer thereof, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising a low unsaturation polyether polyols, a low molecular weight organic compound containing two hydroxyl groups and which is free of amine groups, and, optionally, one or more organic compounds having a molecular weight of about 200 to about 500, a hydroxyl functionality of 3 to 4 and comprising an amine-initiated polyether polyol.
Cette invention concerne des élastomères de polyuréthane et leur procédé de fabrication. Ces élastomères comprennent le produit de la réaction entre un composant polyisocyanate comprenant un polyisocyanate (cyclo)aliphatique modifié par un allophanate ayant une teneur en groupements NCO comprise entre environ 15 et environ 35 % ou un de ses prépolymères et un composant réactif avec les isocyanates comprenant un polyéther polyol de faible insaturation, un composé organique de faible poids moléculaire contenant deux groupements hydroxyles et étant exempt de groupements amine et, éventuellement un ou plusieurs composés organiques ayant un poids moléculaire compris entre environ 200 et environ 500, une fonctionnalité hydroxyle comprise entre 3 et 4 et comprenant un polyéther polyol initié par une amine.
