Polyurethane foam formulations contain stabilizing silicone surfactant compositions which include a first silicone characterized by having from about 2 to about 205 siloxane repeat units and which includes at least one substituent which is a polyhydric organicgroup (R2), an ester, ether, acetal or ketal derivative of a polyhydric organic group (R3) or a phenolic group (R4). The first silicone structures can be easily tailored for different types of foam formulations. The surfactant may optionally also include a second silicone selected from the group consisting of a silicone oil and a polyether silicone copolymer, in an amount which does not exceed 50 % of the total weight silicone surfactant in the surfactant composition.
La présente invention concerne des formulations de mousse de polyuréthane contenant des compositions de tensioactif de stabilisation à base de silicone qui comprennent une première silicone se caractérisant par le fait qu'elle est formée d'environ 2 à environ 205 unités répétitives siloxane et qu'elle contient au moins un substituant qui est un groupe organique polyhydrique (R?2¿), un ester, éther, acétal ou un dérivé d'un groupe organique polyhydrique (R?3¿) ou un groupe phénolique (R?4¿). Les premières structures silicone peuvent être facilement adaptées à différents types de formulations de mousse. Le tensioactif peut facultativement contenir également une deuxième silicone sélectionnée dans le groupe formé par une huile de silicone et un copolymère de polyéthersilicone, suivant une quantité qui ne dépasse pas 50 % du poids total de tensioactif silicone dans la composition de tensioactif.
