A polyurethane resin which is formed by reaction of a polyol with a curing agent comprising a trimer of aliphatic diisocyanate or of alicyclic diisocyanate, and lysine triisocyanate represented by the formula below. Image The polyurethane resin is of non-yellowing type and superior in quick-curing properties, flexibility, and impact resistance. It is useful as a coating material for automobiles and building external finishing which needs good scratch resistance and chipping resistance.
L'invention concerne une résine polyuréthanne produite par la réaction d'un polyol avec un agent de polymérisation contenant un trimère d'un diisocyanate aliphatique ou alicyclique et un triisocyanate de lysine, répondant à la formule (I). La résine présentée ne jaunit pas, présente une excellente vitesse de durcissement, une grande souplesse et une grande résistance aux chocs. Elle peut particulièrement être utilisée comme revêtement pour automobiles et peintures extérieures pour bâtiments, cas dans lesquels la résistance à l'abrasion et la résistance à l'écaillage sont requises.
