The present invention is directed to polyurethane-urea materials and to a process for their production. These polyurethane-ureas are preferably optically clear and comprise the reaction product of a (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate or prepolymer thereof, with an isocyanate- reactive component that comprises one or more aromatic diamines which contains two primary amine groups, and one or more compounds containing two secondary amine groups which may be linked to aliphatic and/or aromatic moieties. This isocyanate-reactive component may additionally comprise one or more hydroxyl-functional compounds. The present invention offers a relatively fast "Green-Cure Time" of solid polyurethane-ureas which enables these to be demolded in a relatively short time period, followed by subsequent post-curing outside the mold.
La présente invention concerne des matières en polyuréthane-urée et un procédé pour la production de celles-ci. Ces polyuréthane-urées sont de préférence optiquement transparentes et comprennent le produit de la réaction d'un polyisocyanate (cyclo)aliphatique ou d'un prépolymère de celui-ci avec un composant réactif avec les isocyanates qui comprend : une ou plusieurs diamines aromatiques qui contiennent deux groupes amines primaires ; et un ou plusieurs composés contenant deux groupes amines secondaires qui peuvent être liés à des entités aliphatiques et/ou aromatiques. Ce composant réactif avec les isocyanates peut en plus comprendre un ou plusieurs composés ayant un groupe fonctionnel hydroxyle. La présente invention offre une vitesse de durcissement "vert" relativement élevée de polyuréthane-urées solides ce qui permet de démouler celles-ci sur une durée relativement courte, avant de leur faire subir un post-durcissement à l'extérieur du moule.
