The invention concerns polyurethane-urea compositions and elastic polyurethane- urea fibres derived therefrom which contain as additive, in solution or fine dispersion, a dialkylsulphosuccinate which considerably increases the resistance of the fibres. The invention also concerns a method for producing polyurethane-urea fibres with dialkylsulphosuccinate as additive.
