The present invention provides a polyester polyol comprising within its molecular structure both structural units respectively represented by the following general formula (I) and general formula (II). In addition, the present invention provides a polyurethane using the polyester polyol of the present invention. This polyurethane exhibits excellent resistance to hydrolysis, resistance to alkali, mechanical strength, and the like. (See formula I) (wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl having 1 to 8 carbon atoms), (See formula II) (wherein R3 and R4 are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl having 1 to 8 carbon atoms).

L'invention concerne des polyesters de polyols dont la molécule renferme à la fois des unités structurelles de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent alkyle inférieur comprenant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, et des unités structurelles de formule générale (II), dans laquelle R3 et R4, identiques ou différents, représentent alkyle inférieur comprenant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone; ainsi que des polyuréthanes produit à partir desdits polyols. Les polyuréthanes ont une excellente résistance à l'hydrolyse et aux bases, une excellente résistance mécanique, etc.
