ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Selected byproducts from processing thio- glucoside-containing oilseeds have been found very suitable for reacting with polyisocyanates to form polyurethanes. The byproducts selected are hulls, hull components, solids extracted from the oilseeds with aqueous media, and mixtures thereof which contain reactive hydroxyl groups. Rapeseed is the preferred oilseed.
