A Pool Liner Perimeter consists of an additional piece of vinyl or similar material attached such as by heat sealing around the complete perimeter of the top of a swimming pool liner side wall. The depth of this additional piece can be anywhere from approximately 15 inches to 6 or 7 feet so as to extend from the top wall of the pool down and into the water line and, if necessary, or desired, to the bottom of the pool wall. The liner acts as a sun shade for the portion of the liner that is close to and above the water line.
