Abstract Pool Surface Cleaner Pool Surface Cleaner is made of 3/4 " C.P.V.C. pipe, one 3/4" elbow, one 3/4" Tee, and three 3/4" end caps. All parts are glued except for the elbow as you must turn one way or the other to guide dirt into the skimmer.
