The finished size of the Poor Man Dispenser is eight inches long by six inches wide by five and one quarter inches high. Proposed manufactured material would be of soft, light weight, durable, molded plastic. Small stabilizing feet would be attached to the contact surface, increasing stability and would be either suction cup, magnet or non-marring rubber construction. A spindle would hold a single roll of toilet tissue that would be dispensed out through the throat opening as needed. It could be manufactured in any of today's popular fashion colours, to fit into any decor or colour scheme. Being totally portable, light weight and versatile, it could be utilized in almost any situation where dispensing of such a product would be advantageous.
