Summary: The cooler itself comes in three separate pieces then joint together to form the cooling unit. 1) is a shroud the length and height of the ice container with round opening at center for fan. 2) ice container is of hollow construction i.e. tubular (see drawing) with tubes connecting top and bottom rail spaced about 15" apart. Thin fins then run along length of tube opening or space between top rail and bottom rail. 3) back plate. This plate sits on back of ice container tube and covers the entire surface of back side of container but has openings at both ends of ice container. The reason or purpose of these openings is to allow air to be drawn into fin area and then exhausted through fan opening at center of shroud.
