Pop-up items (11) are provided in the form of a plurality of individual sheet material structures (13) die-cut in composite sheet material consisting of a front sheet (15) having an overall pressure-sensitive adhesive pattern (19) on the rear surface thereof which causes it to be joined to a rear liner sheet (17) of release-coated material. Each pop-up structure (13) is formed with two generally symmetrical halves arranged about a fold-line (23b), and the folded structure resulting from the superimposition of one-half of the structure onto the other constitutes a pop-up element (25) in which two individual flag panels (27) are joined together, as by being affixed to each other by the pressure-sensitive adhesive (19) and in which there are at least two subpanels (29) having exposed pressure-sensitive adhesive-covered surfaces. By operatively placing the pop-up element (25) between a pair of facing panels of a folded basepiece, the adhesive-carrying subpanels (29) become affixed to opposite, facing surfaces of the folded basepiece, and upon pivoting of the basepiece panels to the open position, the pop-up element (25) assumes an attention-attracting, 3-dimensional configuration.
La présente invention concerne des articles de pliage à dresser (11), sous la forme de plusieurs structures distinctes (13) faites d'un matériau en feuilles prédécoupé dans un matériau composite en feuilles constitué par une feuille avant (15) pourvue d'un motif adhésif autocollant (19) sur sa face arrière, lequel fixe une feuille arrière de couverture (17) faite d'une matière pourvue d'un revêtement permettant la séparation. Chaque structure de pliage (13) est constituée par deux moitiés sensiblement symétriques placées de part et d'autre d'une ligne de pliure (23b), et la structure pliée résultant de la superposition d'une moitié de la structure à l'autre constitue un élément de pliage à dresser (25) dans lequel deux panneaux en drapeau distincts (27) sont assemblés par collage grâce à l'adhésif autocollant (19), et dans lequel il y a au moins deux sous-panneaux (29) qui possèdent des surfaces visibles autocollantes. En plaçant, par une suite de manipulations, l'élément à dresser (25) entre une paire de panneaux qui se font face et font partie d'une pièce de base pliée, on fait que les sous-panneaux porteurs d'adhésif (29) sont fixés à des surfaces de la pièce de base, opposées et leur faisant face et, en faisant pivoter les panneaux de la pièce de base dans la position ouverte, on fait prendre à l'élément à dresser (25) une configuration à trois dimensions qui attire l'attention.
