A sheet-like substrate (34) is coated with at least one thin film (36') composed of at least one porous ceramic layer (S'1, S'2, S'3,...). A solution or a suspension of an organic and/or inorganic metal composite as starting material (14) is admixed with a mixed-in, insoluble pore former (18) and the mixture (22) is sprayed on as layer (S'1, S'2, S'3,...) of a thin film (36). The pore former (18) is at least partly thermally decomposed and/or burnt out to form an at least partly open-pored structure. The process is particularly suitable for producing miniaturized devices such as fuel cells and gas sensors.

L'invention concerne un support (34) de forme aplatie revêtu d'au moins un film mince (36') constitué d'au moins une couche céramique poreuse (S'1, S'2, S'3, ...). Une solution ou une suspension d'un composé métallique organique et/ou minéral utilisé comme matériau de départ (14) est additionné d'un agent insoluble (18) de formation de pores qui y est mélangé et le mélange (22) est pulvérisé sous la forme d'une couche (S'1, S'2, S'3, ...) en film mince (36). L'agent (18) de formation de pores est au moins partiellement décomposé thermiquement et/ou brûlé pour former une structure au moins partiellement à pores ouverts. Le procédé convient en particulier pour fabriquer des appareils miniaturisés, par exemple des cellules à combustible et des détecteurs de gaz.
