In portable outdoor grills (barbecues) it is the storing/transporting size which is of the utmost importance and typically the size of the cooking grill is compromized. In this invention, the full size of the grill is preserved while the whole barbecue easily folds into a very slim and attractive storage/carrying case. It assembles in a self supporting "V" shape, so it may be made from thin gage carbon steel sheet (or stainless steel for even longer life) and both, cooking and charcoal grills from either flat or round bar. Its unique shape allows for a choice of add-on heating elements such as gas burner or electric heater.
