ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A portable acoustical panel assembly is disclosed comprising a plurality of panels each including a soundproof member having rounded vertical edges for ease in rotating. Each vertical edge has at least a partial groove in its surface for receiving a flexible member for attaching the individual panels of the assembly. A supporting frame is provided, positioned about the perimeter of the soundproof member. A decorative fabric encases each panel which is provided with members for securing each panel at the top and bottom.
