A portable and easy cleaning kitchen range includes a tabletop (10) and a bracket (90). There is a circle furnace end opening (21) on the tabletop. A furnace end (20) is mounted at the bottom of the furnace end opening. There are a chimney-like heat protection device (22) and a flat braiser converter (23) in turn on top of the furnace end. A baffle ring (30) is welded around the furnace end opening. A circle lid (31) actively covers the baffle ring. The connection round side (40) and the active connection screen (50) are in turn fastened at the rear, left and right edges of the tabletop from outside to inner side. There is a gole (60) at thefront of the furnace end opening on the tabletop. A separator is mounted at the end of the gole. There is a platform (80) between the front edge of the tabletop and the gole. A detachable leg tube socket (160) matching to the bracket is mounted at the bottom of the tabletop. An armrest (110) is mounted at one side of the tabletop.
