The apparatus includes an antenna device for receiving the satellite broadcast signal, a device for adjusting the angle of the antenna device with respect to a predetermined plane for aligning the antenna device with a satellite, and a housing defining and interior space for receiving the satellite signal converter and the angle adjusting device therein and having an exterior surface bearing the antenna device.
