The Portable Catch-All ia a simple, portable and efficient method of collecting incidental garbage at practically any location. The concept is basic wherein a rigid plastic rectangular holder or frame is equipped with a suction cup as a means of retention to allow it to be affixed to any smooth surface. The rigid plastic rectangular frame would hold a plastic bag with hand holes, once the bag is full it would be replaced with a new one. NOTE: Plastic bags of the size required are currently being utilized at most stores for carry out. One would simply reuse/recycle these bags for the particular purpose of collecting garbage.
