There is disclosed a portable device for machining holes of the type which have pins assembled therein. The device can be used for repair of holes such as those which mount pins or parts used in large equipment, for example, equipment used to pump oil. The device is a generally rectangular plate formed of a steel or the like with threaded holes near the comers of the plate, with pins threaded in the holes. The plate is provided with a concave notch on one of it's sides, and a pin is provided adjacent the notch. The plate allows for the mounting or assembly of a portable milling cutter.
