ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A temperature control system adapted to be mounted on the exterior of a tank. The system has a coolant dis- tribution header. There is a coolant inlet in the coolant distribution header. Spaced apart outlets are formed in each distribution header. There is a coolant return header with spaced apart inlets in it. A coolant outlet is in the return header. Flexible conduits extend, when the system is in use, around the exterior of the tank. Each conduit communicates one outlet in the distribution header and one inlet in the return header. Tensioners maintain the system in position on the tank with the conduits surrounding the tank. The system can be attached to a heat exchange appar- atus to control the temperature of the coolant and to a pump to move the coolant through the coolant inlet in the coolant distribution header, through the conduits, through the coolant outlet in the coolant return header back to the coolant distribution header.
