Abstract of the Disclosure MULTI-PURPOSE PORTABLE EXERCISING APPARATUS The portable exercising apparatus for muscles in the arm, shoulder, hip, knee, wrist, back, abdomen, lower leg and ankle regions include an elongated tube and a slide member having a friction mounting on the tube. A force measuring mechanism is coupled to the tube so as to measure external forces exerted by the user. Various bracket structures form exercise units for selectively exercising the various muscle groups.
