There is provided a portable, foldable saddle holder which comprises two sections pivotally interconnected upon a brace member. One section supports the weight of the unit against a fence and is mounted thereon with hooks. The second section of the holder supports the weight of the saddle. A foldable leg pivotally interconnects both sections.
