A portable screen plant for use with a portable crusher for recycling demolition materials and like work. The plant includes a highway trailer on which is carried an upwardly inclined screen feed conveyor and classifying screens beneath the feed conveyor. The frame is articulated such that its forward end can be raised during screening operation to suspend a magnetic separator at a high elevation over a zone adjacent the discharge end of the screen feed conveyor. During transport, the front frame section and magnetic separator are at a lower elevation to provide adequate height clearance for highway travel. The screen feed conveyor is articulated on the trailer to improve road clearance during transport and afford efficient material flow during operation.
La présente invention a pour objet une machine à tamis transportable pour utilisation conjointe avec un broyeur portatif dans le recyclage des matériaux de démolition et autres matières semblables. La machine comporte une remorque routière sur laquelle est monté le convoyeur à tamis à inclinaison verticale sous lequel sont disposés des cribles classeurs. Le cadre porteur est articulé de manière à permettre le soulèvement de sa partie avant durant les opérations de tamisage afin de suspendre un séparateur à bonne hauteur au-dessus de la zone de déchargement du convoyeur à tamis. Durant le transport, la section avant du cadre porteur ainsi que le séparateur magnétique se trouvent à une hauteur inférieure appropriée aux fins de transport routier. Le convoyeur à tamis est articulé à la remorque afin d'améliorer la garde au sol du véhicule durant le transport et d'optimiser la circulation des matières durant le fonctionnement.
