ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A portable shell of a lightweight construction usable as a room divider, display panel, or acoustical or visual enclosure detachably connectable to the frame work f or mounting in either a support position or a storage position. The leg structure includes a pair of legs each having a pivotally-mounted foot movable between an operative position or a storage position. Additionally, the shell has a canopy panel hinged to one end thereof for extending the height of the shell and the legs can be at- tached at different positions on the framework for pro- viding different effective shell heights.
