ABSTRACT Framework for a portable shelter comprising pivotally struts being movable between an expanded condition and a collapsed condition. In the expanded condition the framework comprises a network of three dimensional modules. Some of the modules form an upper portion of the frame work and some of them form a plurality of strings of modules extending from the upper portion downwardly. Each module defines a separate arch portion.
