ABSTRACT There is described an improved portable bathing apparatus including a housing with front, side and rear panels, at least one of the panels being removable. A water heater having an inlet for pressurized cold water and an outlet for hot water is supported within the housing. The panel removable from the housing is securable to another portion of the housing to extend thereabove in an upright, operative position, the removable panel includes adjacent its upper end a device for supporting at least one showerhead. A conduit is provided connecting the hot water outlet with the showerhead and a valve is provided in the conduit to regulate the flow of hot water through the conduit to the showerhead.
