ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A warning signal holder comprising a telescopic column adapted at its top to receive a warning device. A suction cup is at the bottom of the column. The interior of the cup communicates with the interior of the telescopic column. Extension of the column when the suction cup is in contact with a surface withdraws air from the suction cup so that air pressure on the exterior of the cup can act to fix the cup and thus the holder in a desired location. The holder has means to maintain the telescopic column in an extended position.
