A portable guiding support tool is devised to reduce the physical strain and safety risks associated with the lifting, handling, and operation of hedge trimmer, chainsaw, and similar portable devices. This invention includes a Tool Balancer unit, an adjustable Pole unit, a Pole Stabilizer unit, and a Harness unit. The Pole unit connects to the Tool balancer unit that acts to rewind the rope supporting the portable operating device. The Harness unit securely fastens around the user's upper torso and holds the Pole unit firmly in place. The Pole unit can adjust in height and support the weight of the device.
