A portable unit for changing clothes to a baby comprises a substantially stiff base body (2) adapted to support the body of a lying baby and a pair of movable wings (5) rotatably engaged on opposite asides of the base body (2) and shiftable between a closed position in which the movable wings (5) are superposed on the base body (2) and an operating open position in which the movable wings (5) are disposed externally of said base body.
