A portable filtering device for wine and beer in which depth cartridges, each held in a waterproof housing, are used in negative pressure which allows, besides filtering, a degasification of the liquid. In addition, a means for tumbling is provided to promote, with the help of gravitational force, the displacement the liquid at the end of the filtration process.
