A workbench consists of a frame provided with a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, two threaded rods fastened pivotally with the frame, a fixed desk board fastened with the frame, two movable seats fastened with the threaded rods, a movable desk board fastened pivotally with the movable seats, a tool box received removably in the receiving space of the frame, and two handles fastened with the threaded rods such that the handles are capable of turning the threaded rods to drive the movable seats to displace along the direction of the longitudinal axis of the threaded rods, so as to actuate the movable desk board to displace.
