The invention relates to a system for the detection of a position for the contactless interferometric detection of the location of a target object. A target object unit (11) comprises a reference light transmitter (23), which is configured such that it transmits a reference light beam (25) having curved light wave fronts (30). The target object unit comprises at least one detector array (14) having a plurality of detector pixels (31), which is fastened to the target object unit (11) such that the reference light beam (25) of the reference light transmitter (23) strikes the same.
