A device (1, 1') of high accuracy for repositioning a patient's skeleton and the area in the patient's body which is to be subjected to treatment, the position of the area in relation to the device being previously determined, for instance by means of angiogram, PET, DSA, CT, MRI or X-ray equipment with the same device. The device (1, 1') comprises a non-yielding, upright and radioparent panel element (2) and a base plate (3), which in a substantially perpendicular fashion is fixedly connected to said panel element, of which at least the panel element (2) comprises fixation means for fixing the patient in a given, essentially upright orientation to the panel element (2), and that the device (1, 1') also comprises wheel means (4) mounted on the base plate (3) for moving the panel element (2) and the patient to a radiotherapy table (5), a tilting and conveying assembly (12-18) being arranged at the end of the table (5) for tilting the panel element (2) together with the patient from the upright orientation to a lying orientation and conveying these to a defined place on the table (5).
Dispositif (1, 1') de haute précision destiné à repositionner le squelette d'un patient et la surface du corps du patient devant être soumise à un traitement, la position de la surface par rapport au dispositif ayant été déterminée auparavant, par exemple, par angiogramme, tomographie par émission de positons, angiographie numérique, tomographie par ordinateur, résonance magnétique nucléaire ou au moyen d'un équipement à rayons X doté du même dispositif. Le dispositif (1, 1') comprend un panneau (2) ne générant pas d'images, vertical et transparent aux rayons X et une plaque de base (3), qui de manière pratiquement perpendiculaire est raccordée de façon fixe au panneau. Un dispositif de fixation permet de maintenir le patient contre le panneau (2) dans une orientation donnée, pratiquement verticale. Le dispositif (1, 1') comprend également un élément à roulettes (4) monté sur la plaque de base (3) et permettant de déplacer le panneau (2) et le patient vers une table de radiothérapie (5), un ensemble d'inclinaison et de transport (12-18) étant disposé à l'extrémité de la table (5) et permettant d'incliner le panneau (2) ainsi que le patient, les amenant d'une position verticale à une position allongée et les plaçant à un endroit défini de la table (5).
