A process invented, and the components necessary to accomplish the process invented and designed to anchor pipe posts in the ground. This consists of a pipe shaped cylindrical anchoring components, closed at the top end, and having the walls of the opposing lower portion of the component cut into prongs that are then formed into concave shapes that do not exceed the parameter of the original cylindrical dimension and this anchoring device is made to rest loosely above protrusions which are formed on the lower inside wall of the post to be driven. A conical-type base is placed and attached inside the lower extremity of the pipe post to be driven, the purpose of the base being to support the anchoring device and align the prongs of the anchoring.device, appropriately designed and placed in the lower wall of the post. So that the prongs, will exit between the driven post and the base, and so into the surrounding ground, as the expanding anchoring device is made to move downward by the blows struck from above.
