Abstract of the Disclosure The elevated temperature stress-rupture characteristics of disperdoid-containing, mechanically alloyed superalloys are enhanced by extruding composite powder particles of such superalloys and thereupon hot working the extruded product. Upon heat teatment coarse elongated grains are obtained which contribute to improved properties.
