ABSTRACT The invention describes a pot made of a material suitable for microwave-use, preferably of glass, with a handle glued to it. The handle is secured to the pot by an interlocking connection, in addition to being glued to it. In this regard, the interlocking connection can ideally be produced by two or more snap-in or clamping hooks on the handle which are inserted into appropriately designed locking sections of the pot. Even in the event that the adhesion detaches, this interlocking connection between the handle and the pot still guarantees that the connection between the handle and the pot is secure in practice.
