Disclosed herein is a pouch label for attaching a sample to an item, such as a product displayed for sale. Before use, the pouch label is supported by a release-coated liner to which a transparent base layer having an adhesive bottom surface is removably adhered. A pouch, defining a sealed envelope containing the sample, is supported by the base layer. A transparent over- laminate with an adhesive bottom surface is adhered to the base layer to secure the pouch to the base layer. The pouch label can be removed from the release liner so as to attach the sample to the display item.

Cette invention concerne une étiquette à poche permettant de fixer un échantillon sur un article, par exemple sur un article exposé à la vente. Avant utilisation, l'étiquette à poche est maintenue par une pellicule adhésive sur laquelle une couche de base transparente avec surface de fond adhésive est fixée libérable. Une poche définissant une enveloppe pour échantillon est maintenue par la couche de base. Un surlaminé transparent avec surface de fond adhésive est fixé sur la pellicule de base et assure la fixation de la poche. L'étiquette à poche peut être détachée de la pellicule adhésive en vue de la fixation de l'échantillon sur l'article affiché.
