A process for making a multi-compartment water-soluble pouch having at least three compartments and wherein at least one of the compartments contains a composition in liquid form, the process comprising the steps of: a) providing a mould with at least two recesses; b) drawing a first film into the mould to form at least two open compartments in the at least two recesses; c) filling the open compartments; d) pin-pricking the first film to create a pin-hole; e) drawing a second film over the open compartments to close those compartments and to form a new open compartment, wherein the second film directly covers the pin-hole; f) filling the open compartment formed from the second film; and g) placing a closure film over the new filled open compartment to close it.

L'invention concerne un processus pour fabriquer un sachet soluble dans l'eau, à plusieurs compartiments ayant au moins trois compartiments et selon lequel au moins un des compartiments contient une composition sous forme liquide, le processus comprenant les étapes de : a) utilisation d'un moule avec au moins deux renfoncements ; b) étirement d'un premier film dans le moule pour former au moins deux compartiments ouverts dans lesdits deux renfoncements ; c) remplissage des compartiments ouverts ; d) piqûre du premier film pour créer un trou d'épingle ; e) étirement d'un second film sur les compartiments ouverts pour fermer ces compartiments et former un nouveau compartiment ouvert, le second film recouvrant directement le trou d'épingle ; f) remplissage du compartiment ouvert formé à partir du second film ; et g) placement d'un film de fermeture sur le nouveau compartiment ouvert rempli pour le fermer.
