A pourable partially hydrogenated canola oil having a maximum saturated fatty acid content of about 9.6 % and a maximum trans fatty acid content of about 22.1 % especially suitable for food applications is disclosed.

On décrit une huile de colza partiellement hydrogénée coulante, ayant une teneur maximum en acides gras saturés de 9,6 % environ et une teneur maximum en acides gras trans de 22,1 % environ. Cette huile est particulièrement utile pour des usages alimentaires.
