A powder and granular material feeder for constantly feeding powder and granular material with poor fluidity discharged to an annular passage (space part (D) between inner and outer tubes) through a clearance between the lower end (3") of the inner tube (3) and a bottom plate (1) from a fall opening (8) at the space part (D) to the outside of the feeder by scraping plates (11) just below the fall opening (8). The fall opening (8) is formed in a circular arc shape starting at the outside of the outer tube (2) to the inner tube (3) or to the inside of the inner tube (3), and the scraping plates (11) are formed on a small cylinder (9) formed about the center of the curvature (C') of the circular arc shape. Furthermore, the powder and granular feeder is characterized in that the rotating directions of the scraping plates (11) and spokes (5) are reverse to each other at the portion of the fall opening (8), and the powder and granular material fed by the spokes (5) and inward claws (7) into the fall opening (8) is discharged in the revere direction of the feeding direction by the scraping plates (11) in the state of being leveled with the lower edge (2") of the outer tube (2).
L~invention concerne un système d~alimentation en poudre et en matériau granuleux permettant d~injecter de manière constante de la poudre et un matériau granuleux de fluidité médiocre refoulé vers un passage annulaire (entretoise (D) entre des tubes internes et externes) à travers un jeu passant entre l~extrémité inférieure (3~~) du tube interne (3) et une plaque de fond (1) depuis une ouverture de chute (8) au niveau de l~entretoise (D) vers l~extérieur du système d~alimentation au moyen de plaques racloirs (11) juste au-dessous de l~ouverture de chute (8). L~ouverture de chute (8) est en forme d~arc de cercle en partant de l~extérieur du tube externe (2) jusqu~au tube interne (3) ou bien jusqu~à l~intérieur du tube interne (3), et les plaques racloirs (11) sont formées sur un petit cylindre (9) entourant le centre de la courbure (C~) de l~arc de cercle. En outre, le système d~alimentation en poudre et en matériau granuleux est caractérisé en ce que les directions de rotation des plaques racloirs (11) et des rayons (5) sont inverses au niveau de la portion de l~ouverture de chute (8), et la poudre et le matériau granuleux injectés par les rayons (5) et les doigts dirigés vers l~intérieur (7) dans l~ouverture de chute (8) sont refoulés dans la direction inverse de la direction d~avance par les plaques racloirs (11) avec mise à niveau grâce au bord inférieur (2~~) du tube externe (2).
