A thermosetting powder coating composition which has good handling properties and which has a good blend of physical properties such as appearance, flexibility, hardness, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance and exterior durability is disclosed. The composition comprises a co-reactable particulate mixture of a carboxylic acid group-containing acrylic polymer, a second carboxylic acid group-containing material having sufficient crystallinity to assist in flow of the powder coating compositions and a beta-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinking agent.
