Disclosed is a metal alloy powder containing at least two alloying elements selected from the group of Ni, Cu, Cr, Sn, Mn, Co and W comprising 1 to 99 % by weight Ni, 1 to 99 % by weight Cu, 6 to 60 % by weight Cr, 6 to 15 % by weight Sn, 6 to 15 % by weight Mn, 6 to 15 % by weight Co, and/or 6 to 15 % by weight W for use in laminated ceramic capacitors with an internal electrode wherein said electrode comprises a sintered body of said alloy powder.There is also disclosed a metal alloy powder containing at least two alloying elements selected from the group of Ni, Cu, Cr, Sn, Mn, Co and W wherein the onset of oxidation of the alloy powder occurs above about 250~ C.

L'invention concerne une poudre d'alliage métallique contenant au moins deux éléments d'alliage choisis dans le groupe constitué par Ni, Cu, Sr, Mn, Co et W, et comprenant entre 1 et 99 % en poids de Ni, entre 1 et 99 % en poids de Cu, entre 6 et 60 % en poids de Cr, entre 6 et 15 % en poids de Sn, entre 6 et 15 % en poids de Mn et entre 6 et 15 % en poids de Co, et/ou entre 6 et 15 % en poids de W. Cette poudre peut être utilisée dans des condensateurs céramiques stratifiés comprenant une électrode interne, ladite électrode comportant un corps fritté constitué de cette poudre d'alliage. L'invention concerne également une poudre d'alliage métallique contenant au moins deux éléments d'alliage choisis dans le groupe constitué par Ni, Cu, Cr, Sn, Mn, Co et W, l'oxydation de la poudre d'alliage commençant à une température supérieure à 250 ·C.
