The invention relates to powder inhalators whose internal powder-contacting surface is embodied at least partially in such a way that it is microstructured. The spraying behaviour of said powder inhalators is as efficient as that of powder inhalators provided with the smooth surface in said areas. The microstructured surfaces are particularly suitable to be cleaned simply with water. A capsule, a bubble package and a transport membrane having microstructured internal and external surfaces are also disclosed.
