The present invention relates to a powder lubricant for a plunger device used in a diecasting machine. The powder lubricant is comprised of a mixture of a powdered or granulated lubricant base material composed of an inorganic compound used for a lubricant in a solid form, with an organic compound providing an adhesion ability to the lubricant base material. Both have a powdered or granulated form or have a form in which the lubricant base material is covered by the organic compound. The effects of the invention are that the occurrence of defects inside diecast products can be reduced, dangers such as fire etc. and environmental pollution can be reduced, and the sliding of the plunger can be made smooth to thereby improve the workability.
La présente invention a trait à un lubrifiant en poudre pour dispositif à plongeur utilisé dans une machine à mouler sous pression. Le lubrifiant en poudre comprend un mélange d'une substance lubrifiante de base en poudre ou en granules consistant en un composé inorganique utilisé comme lubrifiant sous une forme solide, et un composé organique assurant l'adhésion à la substance lubrifiante de base. Les deux se présentent sous forme de poudre ou de granules ou sous une forme dans laquelle la substance lubrifiante de base est enrobée du composé organique.
