34 A powder material for powder plasma build-up welding which exhibits excellent resistance and bending properties comprises C in an amount of 0.06 to 0.15% (% by weight, the same hereinafter), Si in an amount of 0.2 to 1.0%, Mn in an amount of 0.2 to 1.0%, Cr in an amount of 17 to 300, Nb in an amount of 0.6 t:o 1.5%, Ni in an amount of not more than 0.5%, and the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities.
L'invention porte sur un matériau en poudre destiné à recouvrir un plasma en poudre qui comprend de 0,06 à 0,15 % en poids de C, 0,2 à 1,0 % en poids de Si, 0,2 à 0,1 % en poids de Mn, 17 à 30 % en poids de Cr, 0,6 à 1,5 % en poids de Nb et 0,5 ou moins de 0,5 % en poids de Ni, le reste du matériau étant Fe et des impuretés. Le matériau en poudre présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion et d'excellentes caractéristiques de flexion.
